There are a bunch of new people reading my Xanga (most of them from Tumblr), so I just want to say hello. :) This was my very first blog, and I'm very attached to it. I set it up in 2004 to write home to my friends when I was a college freshman, so don't be confused if I refer to or address them directly from time to time.
Now, of course, I don't write just to them, but to anyone with a little time to read, and always to myself.
Stuff about the username - remember, I made this in freshman year. :p I made up "kally" after playing on the letters in my name:

kaliwete (left-handed). My favorite number is seven. And I like jaguars because, among other things, they are one of the few cats that swim.
